We have been made aware of a scam that involves individuals fraudulently representing themselves as employees of Barrenjoey to pitch fake investment services to members of the public. Barrenjoey does not offer any investment services to the public and anyone who is approached by any individual purporting to be from Barrenjoey should report the matter to ASIC or their local police as soon as possible. Matt Ryan

Co-Head of Research

Matt has more than 18 years’ experience as an Equity Research Analyst. In addition to his role as Co-Head of Research, Matt is Head of Gaming, Transport and Infrastructure Research. Matt has consistently been top rated across multiple sectors in investor surveys, including Peter Lee.
Prior to Barrenjoey, he worked at UBS, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
Matt has a Commerce degree with Honours in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
