Winter Development Program

The Barrenjoey Winter Development Program welcomes penultimate year students from all degrees and disciplines, who are interested in a career in Finance.

 

Successful candidates will join the Barrenjoey Corporate Finance team for a program that offers training, support, mentorship and hands-on experience. This is a paid opportunity and participants may be offered the opportunity to join our summer 2024-25 internship program, along with a $2,500 reward upon commencement.

Corporate Finance Graduate Program

Barrenjoey’s Graduate Program is for students interested in a career in Corporate Finance, with a graduation date in 2024, and ready to start work in February 2025.


Our program offers a carefully curated induction, training and mentorship program designed to support continuous learning.

Cadets

We partner with Professional Cadetships Australia (PCA) to offer paid work opportunities for university students.
