We have been made aware of a scam that involves individuals fraudulently representing themselves as employees of Barrenjoey to pitch fake investment services to members of the public. Barrenjoey does not offer any investment services to the public and anyone who is approached by any individual purporting to be from Barrenjoey should report the matter to ASIC or their local police as soon as possible. Jacqui Byrnes

Chief Operating Officer, Fixed Income

Jacqui has over 25 years of financial services experience working in Australia and Asia. Prior to joining Barrenjoey in 2020, Jacqui spent 16 years at UBS Australia as FX, Rates and Credit Senior Business Manager/COO, focusing on Australia and also the global Flow Rates business. Prior to that, Jacqui’s experience included capital markets roles at JPMorgan and Macquarie Bank.
She has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from UTS.
