Meet Our Team

What’s your role at Barrenjoey?

Bernice Tan

Corporate Finance

I work in the Power, Utilities, Infrastructure and Telecommunications (PUIT) team that sits within the Corporate Finance division at Barrenjoey. Our team provides financial advice to clients across the PUIT sector, which can include work across buyside and sell side M&A, debt advisory, equity and debt capital markets issuances and corporate restructuring.

What did you do before joining Barrenjoey?

Prior to Barrenjoey, I was working in the PUIT team at UBS in Sydney. Before working, I studied a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting at the University of Western Australia.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

Outside of work I enjoy playing volleyball, exercising, learning golf (slowly but surely), travelling, exploring all the food in Sydney and spending time with my friends and family.
