Adam is an established leader in Financial Markets Technology, known for his collaborative, strategic, and innovative approach. As one of the first technologists to join the firm, Adam defined and executed the architecture strategy, balancing pragmatic, and strategic delivery within tight timeframes. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Adam is responsible for all facets of technology including applications, infrastructure, architecture, site reliability and information security. He is passionate about developing and enabling people within technology teams, ensuring that team members can focus on the right things for themselves, the company, and clients.

With over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services Technology delivery, Adam’s career has seen him hold various technology leadership roles at Macquarie Group, where he managed global teams and delivered critical technology solutions. Adam’s career also includes significant contributions at Westpac Institutional Bank and Link Market Services.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Wollongong.
