We have been made aware of a scam that involves individuals fraudulently representing themselves as employees of Barrenjoey to pitch fake investment services to members of the public. Barrenjoey does not offer any investment services to the public and anyone who is approached by any individual purporting to be from Barrenjoey should report the matter to ASIC or their local police as soon as possible. Barrenjoey Capital Partners (Barrenjoey) today announced the launch of its Research business.
Research offers proactive, high quality, thought-leading Australian and New Zealand stock and sector insights for institutional investors.
Barrenjoey’s Head of Research, Craig Stafford, CFA says: “We issued our first piece of research yesterday and over the coming weeks will initiate coverage, in a phased manner, on more ASX and NZX stocks and sectors.”
Barrenjoey is targeting ~200 stocks under coverage in Australia and New Zealand.
Stafford adds: “Our team will provide insights and regular published content to help our clients make informed investment decisions. We have brought together the very best talent and some of the most experienced analysts in the market to be able to do that.”
Barrenjoey will also offer clients access to economics, strategy, ESG and quantitative research, as well as global research through its strategic alliance with Barclays.
